    Book a call or request a free evaluation. Once you have filled out our FREE evaluation form, we'll assess your property's earning potential and let you know what your property could earn on a monthly basis and will look to arrange a viewing as soon as possible.

    After the viewing, once we are happy with the condition of the property and are happy working with each other, we’ll send over our agreement including fees and terms and any pre-arranged works that need to be carried out to get your property into showroom condition, which we're happy to oversee if agreed upon. Once signed, onboarding begins.

  • We specialise in providing pristine quality accommodation for our business clients on a short to medium term basis whilst they are in the area, this could range anywhere from a few weeks to several months. Charging a nightly rate to our visitors that over the course of the month and year can provide huge returns. We allow property owners to take full advantage of the short term rental industry and how profitable it can be, whilst we take care of all the day to day operations.

  • We look after maintenance.Any repairs that are required due to the action of either ourselves or our clients will remain our responsibility and we will cover these costs. Meanwhile, just like traditional tenancies we would expect the landlord to look after the general maintenance of the property and its structure.

  • We like our landlords to provide us with as much notice as possible, however you are welcome to cancel your agreement with us. We are flexible with our cancellation policy as we are confident you won’t want to leave. Please note, you will need to honour any existing bookings in our future calendar or pay the cancellation fees that the travel agencies we work with may charge for cancelling reservations.

  • We take on properties of all sizes, however we primarily look for properties ranging between 2 and 5 bedrooms. The properties must be in a suitable condition for us to be able to guarantee rent on, if there are any minor cosmetic and decorative works needed to be undertaken then we will take care of this, this ensures that the condition of your property will be better than it was before you left it with us.

  • Yes. Manchester is the hub of our operations and we are always looking to expand our management portfolio here, however we are always willing to expand into other areas across the rest of the North west & UK.

  • Yes of course. It is your property to do as you please with, please let us know the dates you wish to stay at your property and we will block out the calendar for you. You would need to provide as much notice as possible as once we get a booking we can’t cancel it. Also bear in mind, the more often you stay the lower your profits will be.

  • We will handle all the intricacies of operating the property as serviced accommodation. The only part you will need to handle will be your utility bills ( gas, electric, water, Wi-fi) and we will take care of the rest.

  • Yes. Managing an Airbnb on your own can quickly become an overwhelming and time-consuming task. Between handling guest inquiries 24/7, managing bookings, coordinating cleanings, maintaining your property, and addressing guest complaints, it’s easy to get bogged down, all while striving to maintain high ratings and reviews. It’s a lot of stress to juggle, not to mention after hours emergencies and maintenance needs.
